Who are we?

Abbots Hall Out of School Club is a registered charity run by a committee of parents and community members. We are also registered and overseen by Ofsted. We employ 5 staff to run the club on a daily basis. Catherine Martin is the Club Manager and Louise Rouse is the Deputy Manager. We are situated within the grounds of Abbots Hall Primary School , Stowmarket in the Windmill Room that we rent from the school itself. We are registered with the Charities Commission and the committee ensure we are continually compliant.

What is our approach?

We aim to provide a safe friendly welcoming environment to help promote learning development independence and encourage staying safe.

The objective within there setting is to maintain self esteem, offer choices, promote independence and understanding of the world around us whilst maintaining safety at all times.

When are we open?

Abbots Hall Breakfast & Afterschool Clubs run Monday – Friday 7.15am-8.45am and 3.10pm-6pm during term time.

For school holidays we are open Monday – Friday 7.30am – 6pm 

Where are we?

We are situated in the Windmill Room which is just behind the bike pods at the rear of the school car park. You can see our club sign on the shed from the main gates so you know you are in the correct place. We have access to the main school hall as well as the playground, field and small garden area just outside the Windmill Room.

What activities are available?

We have a number of different activities, crafts, an outside play area, free play as well as constructed sessions, games and entertainment for children aged from 4 years up.
